Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Most background checks take 3 – 5 business days to complete.
When we run a background check, we go directly to county courthouses to get the most current and accurate records. Some courts have a backlog of requests or limited number of clerks to look up the information; causing delay in the screening process. Naturally, holidays and weekends do not count towards processing time.
Background Check Providers operates in accordance with the standards established by FCRA and has systems in place to ensure the security of your information. We use the highest level of encryption available for your data protection and all personally identifiable information is masked when providing your information to any third party.
You may request your file information by sending us a written request along with a current picture I.D; such as: Current Valid Driver’s License, Current Valid State Identification Card, and Current Valid Passport.
